MakeResume is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, edit, store, and export professional resumes and cover letters online.

We operate a freemium SaaS model:

  • Free plan: No payment and no card required. Build, edit and preview without limits; downloading files is not included

  • Pro Week: A one-time payment for seven days of access, with no automatic renewal

  • Pro subscriptions: Paid plans with enhanced features, billed monthly or annually and renewing until cancelled

We do not offer a lifetime plan. The plans on sale, and the amounts charged, are listed on our pricing page.

VAT Registration: Vimatech Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT. Registration becomes compulsory once taxable turnover passes the threshold set by HMRC, which is the figure in force at the time rather than a fixed one.

Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as our Merchant of Record, so it is Paddle that determines, charges and remits the sales tax or VAT due on your purchase, in your own country.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights (consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence).

8.3 Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution (Consumers)

If you are a consumer and have a complaint, please raise it with us first through our contact form, and we will try to settle it directly.

Your national consumer protection authority, and in some countries an approved alternative dispute resolution body, can also take up a complaint against a trader selling to consumers in your country. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this section.
